Punk Rock Bride: the Devil is in the Details

was created for the bride who is looking for an alternative to the traditional wedding dress.

What sets a PRB dress apart lies in the fabrics and the details. We take a unique approach to design by incorporating non-traditional, unique fabrics and textures into our designs. Silk cotton, silk wool, eyelet, and brocade are just a few examples of fabrics we use that you don’t normally find in a traditional wedding dress.

The devil is in the details, and we spend a lot of time making sure all of our dresses incorporate fresh, fashion-forward details… pockets, pleating, and layering, to name a few.

Every bride has her own personal style. Our goal is to provide options for more brides to find a dress that is truly a reflection of who they are.

All Punk Rock Bride dresses are designed and manufactured in the U.S. We also work primarily with natural fabrics such as silks and silk blends, as opposed to synthetic fibers.

Our best tip for sustainability is to work with local vendors. Not only are you boosting your community’s economy, but you’re cutting back on travel, shipping, and other things that aren’t great for the environment.

In 2011, Punk Rock Bride introduced a new line of wedding dresses called Emma. All of the dresses in the Emma line retail for under $1,000 and may be purchased online, in standard sizing. Employing a similar design philosophy as PRB’s collections, Emma incorporates fashion-forward details as well as less traditional bridal fabrics, including silk cotton, silk wool, and silk charmeuse. The dresses maintain a simple elegance without sacrificing quality, and appeal to a more budget-savvy bride.
